4pm | Keynote speaker Michelle Henry ’94, Pennsylvania Attorney General, will address professionalism and ethics. |
5pm | Mary Bechler, Regional Director Mid-Atlantic, AccessLex Center for Education and Financial Capability, will present on credit / debt management and financial success as it relates to character and fitness / bar admission. |
6pm | Dionne Wiggins ’06, Vice President for People and Culture, American Jewish World Service, will speak on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. |
7pm | In a special session for 3RD and 4ED students only, Jessica Holst, Lead Investigator at the Pennsylvania Board of Law Examiners, will discuss the 2024 bar exam and application process. |
All students must attend 3 hours of programming from 4 – 7pm (4EDs who have been ED students all 4 years do not need to attend but are welcome to do so).
All graduating students must also attend the special session from 7 – 8pm as it pertains to the 2024 bar exam.
Each session will be 50 minutes with a 10 minute break in between sessions.
Registration is not required.
PDD will again be completely virtual this year. A zoom link will be sent out closer to the event. Just as attorneys are required to attend CLE courses in their entirety to earn full credit, students are required to attend all PDD sessions in their entirety to earn the credits. Business attire is required and cameras must be on.
